Had a toilet replaced by Kolch Plumbing and it was a prompt, seamless and well priced service. A Plumber plumber came out to estimate the job in Heidelberg West within 24hrs, took the time to walk me through options with no hard sell, and the plumber who did the installation did an extremely tidy job. A few months ago I used Jim’s Plumbing to replace a boiler and it’s clear to me that Kolch Plumbing are streets ahead of Jim’s in terms of customer service, pricing transparency, competitiveness, and quality of work.
